I agree. Once you find the hotel you want to book at, they should be able to help you with the rest and it can be done in less than 3 months.

However, 3 months may not be enough time for your guests to make arrangements, save money, plan time off work, etc. Good luck in your planning.

I agree with JAM1 – find your hotel and then you are good to go.  If you can get that done and get the info to your guests ASAP so they can look at flights quickly you should be good.  I would even look at flight prices as one of your determining factors for where/which weekend you choose.  I can tell you for my wedding weekend – which is easter, april 23rd – flight prices went up about 3 weeks ago and have not come down.  This may be due to the fact that is is a holiday though.

Get your dress – as that takes time to come in.  You may have to buy one in the store.

Next get your invites ordered as they can take a little time to print.

Finally book your vendors that you need outside of you hotel.  We only found a few vendors that got booked up for our destination wedding – the photographers and the cake vendors.  There were still plenty of options though.  Plenty of resorts provide both of those vendors though, so that would eliminate that issue 🙂

good luck!
