You can try bringing the pics to another salon and asking them, or you can try contacting Pearlsplace.com to see if they can ID it for you.  I also would not be surprised if by the end of the day an informative Bee tells you exactly the designer and the dress style — the Bee’s are cool like that!

Welcome to the boards — congratulations and happy wedding planning!

I’m not positive, but it looks like it could be an Enzoani dress or even Blue by Enzoani.

I don’t recognize that dress in particular, but the details are hard to make out.

You could also try going to the knot’s dress section and searching for the identifying characteristics of the dress to narrow it down until you see something that you recognize.

That said,  I would NOT do business with a store owner who is deceptive and unwilling to share the designer of a gown with you. Everything I’ve read said that that is NOT legal and NOT a good sign from a shop owner. Many of them do this in order to keep you from price shopping the gown so that you won’t know if you’re overpaying or getting a good deal, and they also don’t want you to know whether you’re getting a designer gown or a cheap copy. Think about it, would you go into any other store and buy a (very expensive) dress without knowing anything about who made it or what quality to expect? This is not about brand names, it’s about doing business in an honest, open way.

I highly recommend going elsewhere and finding a shop who will be honest with you and let you make an informed decision about the dress you are buying. Trust your instincts, here.Take your photos with you and find your dream dress (or one like it) elsewhere.
