For the last several years I’ve started training in late march for a century. This year I decided to join a 5 to 10k running group to stay in shape over winter. I had planned to abandon running after my 10k (early April) and focus on my fall century. Well turns out I’ve got a touch of the running bug and really want to ride the century (last weekend of September) and run a 15k the last week of October. Clearly I want to maintain a life so I hope the training can overlap a good bit. I’ve googled and googled without much help. Any of you have ant training plans or have done something similar and can offer up some tips?
