I did it once. I dont mean to damper it, if anyone has success stories. But it gave me the runs. You want to stay away from Grease completely; or you will be punished, lol. And stay hydrated.

I totally love Weight Watchers so far!

My mom lost 70 pounds on it. You have to follow it exactly. If you think you are going to pop a pill and continue to eat crap then you will have bad side effects. I took it when it first came out and lost 20 pounds and never had a side effect. There is a website and a cookbook that gives you great ideas of what you can and can’t eat.

Tried it, but the side-effects are very unpleasant…stopped after a week.

The only way to prevent side effects is to hardly eat grease. That’s what makes you lose the weight, not alli itself….
