Any Alli success stories? I’d like to drop about 5-10 lbs. And I’ll admit, I want to do it easily (I don’t work out every day). I know how to lose weight the right way…I dropped about 30 pounds a few years ago but eating right and exercising but wondering if this would be a magic pill?! 😉

I did it once. I dont mean to damper it, if anyone has success stories. But it gave me the runs. You want to stay away from Grease completely; or you will be punished, lol. And stay hydrated.
I totally love Weight Watchers so far!

My mom lost 70 pounds on it. You have to follow it exactly. If you think you are going to pop a pill and continue to eat crap then you will have bad side effects. I took it when it first came out and lost 20 pounds and never had a side effect. There is a website and a cookbook that gives you great ideas of what you can and can’t eat.

I agree, weight watchers works and it isn’t dangerous!

Tried it, but the side-effects are very unpleasant…stopped after a week.
The only way to prevent side effects is to hardly eat grease. That’s what makes you lose the weight, not alli itself….
