babybump:  I’ve been wondering about this too! My cycles are usually 25-27 days, with a 10-11 day LP. Not necessarily a defect but definitely short. I’m thinking about adding it next cycle if we don’t conceive this cycle.

babybump:  I normally have a 14 day LP but because of my CP last cycle (and O being 5 days late) I wasn’t sure how it was going to affect my LP so I started taking B6 right after O. Just got my BFP and am going to continue taking it. I don’t know if it did anything but it’s just a vitamin. I figured there was no harm in trying it!

babybump:  I saw someone post recently that they had success with it. I have a 14/15 day LP but since it’s avitamin, I figured why not! I just picked up someone yesterday, it’s already my fertile week, but I started it just in case 🙂

I am following, since I have a normal cycle, but my naturopath just recommended starting B6 100 mg. because of severe PMS symptoms, and we are wondering if years of being on Birth control depleted my B6 levels.  Hope more people respond… because I am very nervous after reading on past boards that it messed with normal cycles.

I was going to take it as I had 11 day LP but read many things Indicating it could delay ovulation and I didnt want that as I was already ovulating cd 17 ish. I got pregnant my first cycle trying and now 14weeks! I think I would just make sure I actually had a LpD of <11 days before considering.

MrsFNL:  Good thinking! I read some more about it today and everything I read is so conflicting.

HaaaveYouMetTed:  I feel the same about the information I have read… so confused.
