About a week ago I started the FODMAP diet to help with my IBS as it is good for IBS and IBD. It has literally changed my life. I have so much more energy and my stomach is like a normal persons!
Anyone else have any experiences they can share? Or recipes???

@missjewels: glad it worked for you. I got a week into the elimination and got REALLY sick so I had to stop since I was constantly nauseous and couldn’t stick to it since bread was all I could eat and not get sick! But I think that was unrelated so I’m going to try again in the new year. But I have been eating somewhat according to it and its helpful. But my IBS isn’t very bad these days. I’m mainly doing it because I have other problems with inflammation and the low-FODMAP diet reduces systemic inflammation markers in people with IBS.
