So we have a Yudu scren printer at work and I’m trying to make Tshirts with a coworker. We can’t seem to get the thing to work. The emulsion sheets don’t seem to be drying right. We left one to dry over the weekend and once we tried to expose the screen it didn’t work. The plastic pulled right off and it was dry, but the image didn’t transfer. The emulsion sheet seemed like it was on top of the screen and didn’t seem into it. We could peel it right off.

I have a Yudu. I’ve used it like twice, it’s such a pain in the ass. Okay, so let me think back here because it’s been a long while since I’ve used it.
Use a spray bottle to wet the screen and apply the emulsion sheet carefully, without air bubbles. Put it through the dry cycle THREE times. Make sure the area where you’re applying the emulsion screen is relatively dark, it is light sensitive after all. It could be that if you left it for the entire weekend that it got exposed to too much light and the sheet was ruined.
