What were your results? Would you recommend and if so, which one?
I did Nutrisystem from November 2011-March-ish 2012. I lost 26 pounds in a healthy way. I liked it a lot, and it was easy to stick to, but the amount of sodium in the pre-packaged meals was making me bloated.
I would suggest not going with one of those and rather just counting calories and eating healthy and working out. I use My Fitness Pal, and it feels great to have a huge supportive community and be able to eat whatever the heck I want within my calorie range. If you are dead set on ordering something, I would recommend Nutrisystem. They have a decent meal selection.
I use nutrisystem currently as a hybrid in a calorie counting diet as megz suggesting above. I LOVE the food and highly recommend nutrisystem! It helped me learn portions. I then started adding veggies to my nutrisystem, and now I only have like one nutrisystem meal per day if that and it has helped me tremendously transition into a “normal” way of eating
Doing Nutrisystem since the beginning of January of this year. Just trying hard to stick to the regular plan they have since I’m so bad at “modifying” anything. I’ve lost 11 lbs and just need to lose 10 more to get where I want to be. It’s nice and getting me to find a way to like veggies… or at least try to like them 😉
I’m a bit more of a picky eater, so I don’t love the food… but I’m finding ways to like it better. Some things are tasty, but there’s a meal I run into now and then that is just bad and I have to tough my way through it.
