You can make your own by sewing a coin, button, bead, whatever onto the edge of the veil.

I think I’m going to invest in some jut in chase. We’re having an outdoor wedding in The great and windy state of Oklahoma. Can’t be a bad investment! I’m borrowing a veil so I don’t have the option of sewing! good thinking on the sewing though!

All I can say is that my high-maintenance sister feels her veil “ruined!” her wedding pictures because it was in her face so much. To be honest, it did kinda ruin her walk back up the aisle. There’s really no good pic of her and her husband just being excited to be mrried because the veil is either in her face or she’s focused on fighting with it. But the rest of her ceremony was captured very well in between wind gusts. And it was not that windy. Like if you were just walking the gardens you wouldn’t mind it for a moment. But microphones and veils are really quite sensitive to wind.

I would think it would be less of a problem with a cathedral veil because the length will help weigh it down. Plus, if you’re taking a cathedral veil outside it’ll catch half the earth in it and it’ll be naturally weighed down! lol.
