Hi, I chose my Flower Girl dresses from there. 

 Note that the exchange policy is very strict, requiring a quick turn-around time and a restocking fee. 

Also, note that the price of the dress is the price for the smallest sizes only — my dresses each cost $20 more than the listed price b/c the girls are six and eight years old, so they didn’t need the teeny tiny sizes. 

Finally, you’ll probably want to order the sizes that are two inches bigger than their measurements.  We started w/ just one inch above, and they were snug.

Other than all those things to keep in mind, no complaints……the quality of the dresses is fine.  If I had it to do over again, I’d probably order Flower Girl dresses from Target just to save some money.

I had a horrible customer service experience with flowergirldressforless.com.  I would recommend shopping elsewhere.  The homepage of the website makes it look like it’s easy to return/exchange dresses through them but it is actually a miserable experience!  They never answer the phone, send threating emails about how they will refuse your return if you don’t follow their procedure exactly.  My advice: save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere that is upfront about their policies!

i am a seamstress and often find formalwear for some of my customers. I have shopped from all these stores. They pretty much all have the same return policy regardless of which one look easier. The dresses I bought from dressforless were good quality and I did get through to customer service for some questions. One thing was, they didnt have anyone who spoke english. They were patient and polite, but ultimately I couldnt get my questions answered because all anyone would say was yes, yes, yes. Flowergirlprincess.com has friendly cs and the lady spoke english. Their phone is always busy, but I got a call back within an hour. I also got my order in four days which was a plus. Nice quality too. I also ordered from pink princess about a year ago. No customer service by phone, but they answered my emails quickly. My order took 6 weeks to arrive and the customer I bought it for canceled on me so I got stuck with the dress. Hope that helps some what.

We recently tried to purchae a dress for our daughter for an upcoming wedding, and have got nothing but the run-around from these people.  Ordered 12-15-10 … now 2-16-11 and no dress.  Customer service has done nothing but send false ups tracking numbers and continually push out the delivery date from their “local manufacturer”.  Interested to see if I actually get my money back.

Well i’m from Aus and I had no prob with this website – got an amazing dress for my daughter and they kept in contact with me via email – it arrived before I expected it and was beautiful.  I would recommend them based on my experience and no one can believe the dress I have for less than $30.  In Aus I couldn’t find a dress for less than $100 here.  Am giving the website to my sis in law for her little ones.

My girls were asked to be the flower girls for a couple of weddings in my family, and this was my second order here.  Prices are great, shipping is fast, and I like that the dresses arrive a little long, so there is room to grow into them.  Found new dresses here cheaper than boutiques were selling them second hand in my area.

I am the owner of http://www.flowergirldressforless.com and I am writing in response to the post above.  We are in the process of reviewing all wedding blogs because recent findings have proved that one of our direct competitors was posting fraudulent negative reviews against us.   We found this out recently when one of the review sites posted the IP addresses and the home address of the reviewer.  We are currently working with our attorneys to investigate this further and make sure unscrupulous competitors do not damage our good reputation..  Any blogs you see about not answering the phone- I can tell you that every single call is returned in the same day- even if we pay overtime to our staff to do so.  Additionally, any posts about a non-English speaking staff members are not related to our company as we have never had a non-English speaking person on our staff.  We are the largest online flower girl company and we own our warehouses and office spaces.  We have been privileged over the years to have sold to more brides than any other online company.  I have been in the retail industry for 26 years and the wedding business for the past 14 years.  My grandmothers also serviced the wedding industry so I recruit only the best and strongly believe in the commitment of giving great service at great prices- and any of my vendors will tell you that my entire staff takes that to heart.  If there is ever a question about a blog posting- you can write to me directly at Belinda at flowergirldressforless.com or call me at 1.877.858.1188.    

In direct response to this post- I can tell you that we close every order out by the end of each year- we either give credit or in rare occasions we will hold an order only at the clients request.  If this was really placed with our company, then the client was made aware that there would be a wait and they would have had to ok that wait.  We would never send a false UPS number to a client- ever. Additionally, our UPS tracking numbers are sent from UPS directly to our clients when we make a UPS label.  If this is really our client, and am given the order number- I can look at every correspondence that we ever had with the client

@flowergirldressforless:  I’d like to address the owner. I’m not sure who handles your customer service but I highly suggest investigating that as being the source of your companies problems. I worked directly with Cathy and have a stream of emails that are promising one thing and then producing a completely different result (The source of my unhappiness with your company).

also I am insulted to find that your company spends more time disputing bad reviews or tryi to get them removed rather thaN rectifying the probleAmin hopes that the reviewer will change their review to a positive one. It’s both insulting and shows poor character.
