I would ๐Ÿ™‚

but, I don’t need to lose weight, but tone up ..so wasn’t planning on doing Weight Watchers.

But, I will support you. I would make a good cheerleader!

I did buy My shape with jenny for the wii to use. It’s going to be NYE resolution to use it atleast 3x a week even if I don’t make it through the total session, but atleast turn it on..that’s the 1st step right

what;s the 30 day shred? I have seen a lot of bees doing that lately.

I just want to stop being fat skinny and flappy. I hate being squishy and soft. lol. Hopefully jenny will help though, I have to admit i haven’t opened it yet since christmas, but in my offense, I have been traveling and today is the first day back and it’s jet lag..ugh :D. So i was pushing to start on Fri. Jan 1st.

I couldn’t decide between wii fit and that so I had my fi make the choice.

We probably going to fit over the wii since he’ll want to play his game, I just know it, when I was going to work out. lol

I was hoping to start yoga. I need a buddy. I’m so shy and scared to walk into the studio and take a class. I been by it like three times and I stop….but..than my shyness takes up ๐Ÿ™

The 30 day shred is a video by Jillian Micheals (the trainer on Biggest Loser).  I’ve never done it but a lot of girls say it’s really hard.

Btw, there is a Workout Buddies thread of a bunch of us girls who are posting about our weight loss and how we are doing with working out.  It was just started a few weeks ago so you wouldn’t be too far behind.

i’m going to start tomorrow as well! the ww website is really overwhelming, i signed up once for a few months, but i kept forgetting to input my food, so i cancelled my membership. my mom finally found the books that she had from when she did weight watchers back in the 90’s and i just keep a little journal with me and write my food points in that! i also need to get my butt back to the gym that i pay $10 a month for. lol!

i went food shopping today to get some stuff to start me out for the week. i hope that i can keep away from all the christmas candy and cookies that we still have!

@MissAsB – Can you link to the group thread?

I’m back on the band wagon and loosely follow WW. Today for Bfast I just had a bowl of special K and for lunch a salad with a few dollops of leftover artichoke dip and a bit of sausage (from the pigs in a blanket lol). I’ve been using the wishbone spritzer dressings and i love them! It keeps from overloading!

Tacos for dinner.

I also stop eating after 7 PM and am trying not to drink too much (all those empty calories – oo boy)

I also am starting the Couch to 5K (for the gazillionth time)

AND I got Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum for my DS so I’m going to start that tomorrow.
