I’m hoping this post will be a great source of encouragement and accountability. I want to start tomorrow(10/5) and the last day would be 1/3/16. Weigh ins would be every Sunday.
I’d like to lose 1.5 lbs every week with approximately 20 lbs lost by the time the 13 weeks end. I have more than 20 lbs to lose but figured if the next 3 months are successful than I can start a new challenge next year.
If anyone would like to join I can track our progress every sunday and post the difference each Monday until the beginning of the year for motivation.
I took a before picture too so an after can be posted in January for fun!
Current weight: 121.4 lbs
Goal weight on 1/3/16: 102 lbs
Height: 4′ 7
Game plan: Workout 4 times per week and eat around 1200 calories. Drink more water and just DO.

Meeeee. I’m not happy with my body at all!! My challenge will end a week earlier because I will be in Europe on Jan 3rd so I’ll just have the day I leave the states be the end of the challenge.
5’2 and 151 pounds
Challenge goal weight: 130
Ultimate goal weight: ~115
Game plan: do a lifting workout (think Crossfit light) twice a week, yoga twice a week, and start running – start out twice a week for 20 minutes and increase time/distance/number of runs gradually. (When it starts getting too cold, I may switch to 30DS rather than running for a while. Not really sure what to do about that.)
Game plan part two: Be consistent with my intake!!!!! I am planning on eating about 1400 calories across the board. I won’t eat more on workout days or less on rest days.

I’m in. I’ve started a few times and then fizzled out, but I want to try again.
5’3 and 162 lbs
Challenge goal weight: 136 lbs (2 lbs/ wk) – though if I don’t make that it’s ok, as long as I’m making pretty consistent progress
Ultimate goal weight: 120 lbs
Game plan: Exercising at least a little each day (increasing as I get more in shape) and 1200 calories/ daily

I’m in! My wedding is the 4th of January so that is a perfect finishing date!!
My current weight is 141lbs and I’d like to be 120/125lbs by then so hoping it’s enough time and I’m 5’3
Have done my meal prep for tomorrow so it’s now or never!

I’m in! I have fallen so far off the bandwagon it’s not even funny. Since being with my SO I’ve gained 20 lbs! Anyways my current stats are:
id like like to lose .5-1 lb a week.

I’m in! I’ll be done with my first go the Sunday before Christmas though, started two weeks ago, but I’m game! Some accountability will help me from having my “workout mojo” fizzle.
Currently I Flux between 130-133 on a daily basis. I’m not so much trying to lose weight, as trying to lose inches, I want to lose fat and gain muscle.
Don’t have goal lbs to lose per week, but I’m starting at a 27-28″ waist, roughly 38″ hip, and 34″ bust.
Goal weight by the end? Anywhere between 120-130 is fine. Closer to 130 as long as my waist is about a 24-25″. By the end of this cycle hopefully!

I would love to join!! I only want to lose about 5-7 lbs but I really need to start eating clean and reducing the amount of bad food I’m eating on a very regular basis. I’ve gotten into the “treat yourself” mentality.

Goal weight: 119-120 lbs
Game plan: Continue working out 5-6 times a week ( a mix of spin biking, Pilates and Kayla Itsines). Eat breakfast every morning! Smaller poptions at dinner. Not eating 600 calories of junk (ice cream, chocolate, pie, cookies)at 9 pm then not eating pretty much all day and completing the cycle again the next night. I’m okay exceraise wise but I’m totally sabotaging any exercise I do with my diet. My Fiance has been a bad influence! I need a diet overhaul

I’m using myfitnesspal and sticking to 1200 calories a day and aiming to work our 2-3 times a week. I’m also increasing my water intake!

I’m in! I actually started trying to lose weight a year ago, and so far have shed off 15 lbs. This summer really threw me off with so much traveling; I gained back 5 of what I lost before. I actually really like how my body looks and feels now (it doesn’t jive with the actual lb weight) but it would be cool to lose some more weight before getting married in July, and eventually before kids put some of the weight back on!
I also go more by measurements than weight because I gain/lose water weight really quickly.
Age: 33 (cause, whoa, metabolism did me no favors after 31)
Height: 5′ 7″
Current weight: 162.6 lbs
Current measurements: 36″B, 31″ W, 42″ H
Body Fat %: 27%
Goal weight on 1/3/16: 152 lbs ( 10 lb loss)
Goal weight overall: somewhere between 140 – 145, hopefully by next summer.
Game plan: Currently play soccer 2 or 3 nights a week (fitbit says I average about 8 miles/day with soccer). Adding to that upper body/back 1X week, lowerbody 1X/week, and stretching everyday. When soccer ends, I’m switching to HIITs. This is in addition to adding a lot more veggies to the diet and doing another sugar cutback. The real trick for me is keeping active once the soccer season ends in Nov. Slow and steady, no quick losses for me 🙂

Current Weight: 78 kg
Challenge Goal Weight: 70 Kg
Ultimate goal weight: 62 Kg
Game plan: Limiting caloric intake to 1200 (increasing for workout days). Cardio workout at least 3 times a week, tracking progress visually using an app called Weight Track. I’m hoping that as I lose weight, i’ll tone up and gain muscle which would be more noticeable in pictures. 🙂

I started the 21 day fix 2 weeks ago, but I’ve been really halfassing it. So my goal is to follow the plan more rigorously, especially with the workouts. Supposed to do them 7 days a week and I’ve been doing them more like 2.

I’m in–have to do something here! I’ve gained 40+ lbs on steroids for illness the past couple of years. I didn’t weigh this much when I gave birth to my children.
I’m an old Bee, and 183 at 5’7″. Goal by New Year’s Day–160.
Game plan: eat clean, stop cheating on the gluten (it doesn’t like me) and other stress eating, make sure I have healthy food in the house at all times, cut alcohol consumption, keep a food log, get on the scale at least a few times a week, and move–walk, Zumba, etc.
