Jasmine is definitely one of the top brands on my list. Now, I’m more excited about seeing these dresses in person.

@ rawrkitty1022 even though the Alred Angelo 2100 was gorgeous on you, I am happy to hear that you found a dress that you like. I will have to check out the Jasmine line this summer when i start shopping. Thanks ladies for sharing pics, you all look beautiful and timeless

It’s so nice to see other Jasmine brides out there!  I was torn between a Casablanca gown and the Jamsine F260.  I ended up buying the Jasmine and just went for my first fitting last Saturday.  I am *so* excited to wear it for my wedding.  It’s a little plain, so the salon is adding a pink sash (I thought it would look strange with the lines of the dress, but they worked it so it looks amazing).  The quality of the Jasmine dresses are phenomenal, and I think they are a well-kept secret 🙂

@ toothdr–I agree–the back of your dress is so beautiful!

I’m a Jasmine bride too! I ordered my dress 4 months ago and just had my fitting for the f980 (discontinued, though) last week and I just posted pictures! So excited! I’m also glad there are other Jasmine brides out there, the dresses are beautiful and affordable! Your dresses are beautiful. Oh what the heck, here it is:

@tkvogel: Hi ladies, I just found a website for a store in FL called Jay’s Bridal; they sell all different designer gowns, including Jasmine, sometimes at a discount and you can order online. Here’s the link: http://www.jaysbridal.net/store/home.php

You’ll have to create an account and email them for pricing. They can email you about discounts/coupon ie free shipping. The drawback is that it’s online so you’d have to try the dress on somewhere else and find someone to do your alterations, etc. but my bridal bargain book recommended them for online buying.

Good luck!!

I really like this Jasmine dress.  Has anyone tried it on?  I would love to see real brides in the dress.

@sdb1232: I tried that dress on and LOVED it!  It was originally my # 1 choice but I decided to go with T384 instead because it was a little more flattering on my figure. Dress pros:  super comfortable, wide skirt made my waist look TINY, and easy to accessorize (I was going to wear a sparkly sash to dress it up).  Cons:  I’m 5’10 and a street size 16.  The pleats on the skirt area poofed up on me a little, and weren’t as flattering as a straighter cut.  It was a little sad to let go of that dress because I wanted a simplier dress, and the dress I ended up getting had tulle, lace appliques, and beading–none of which I originally wanted!  This is the a link to my dress.  It’s not what I expected, but I LOVE it!!

@Jen_in_MD:  Thanks so much for the reply.  I love the dress you ended up with!  That is kind of the issue I am having too, I really thought I would love this dress and get it, but I have ended up really liking styles I never thought I would.  I am actually debating between this one and a fit and flare La Sposa dress as well… There are just too many options 🙂

Thanks again!
