I didn’t vote on poll. I feel adult women should make their own choices about them. I personally don’t like it. Depending on how it’s used and your hairstyle you can probably pull it off.

I do not like tiaras, I feel they are more for sweet 16 parties, BUT if you like it then wear it, it is YOUR wedding day :). Another option could be a nice jeweled ribbon headband. They seem more age appropriate and are gorgeous!

Not a fan of tiaras… they remind me of little girls playing dress-up. That being said, it’s your wedding day and when else would you get a chance to wear one? If you want to do it, go for it!

Tiaras are for prom….try a haircomb…it can be just as sparkly but look more age appropriate. Im wearing a hair comb and earrings.

I voted for neither. While I would never wear a tiara, I don’t think people look “stupid” doing it. It’s your day! If you want to look like a princess, go for it. 🙂

I voted wear it! I don’t get how people can be so worried about other people’s opinions. You’re the bride! Everyone will think you’re gorgeous no matter what!

I wear what I like, which is generally a full on 1950s pin up girl style. Swing dresses with petticoat, cute heels, matching bag and fab do.

Here is what I wore for my 27th birthday high tea party:

I LOVE my crown and wear it at any opportunity!

    Wear what YOU love!

I voted no because I don’t like them, and they don’t fit my style, but i’ve seen people wear them to a wedding and it looked great.  just not my cup of tea.  It seems like blinged out headbands are all the rage now.  Which is basically the same concept.  I think it depends on the dress too, but if you like them you should wear one!

I don’t plan on wearing a tiara, but do plan on wearing a circlet. It’s something like an ornate headband, but one you wear lower – where your hairline meets your forehead.

@emilygrace07:  Yeah!  I don’t get why a headband with sparkles is any diff than a tiara…or more age approp.  I wore tons of headbands as a kid lol.

OP if you love your tisra, wear it with pride!  Or bring it for a couple pics.  You could change your hair piece between ceremony and reception!  Give everyone a fun suprise!
