We were considering that, but since the meteorite cannot be resized, we decided against it.  And yes, it’s actual meteorite, from various rocks that have landed in places around the world. The biggest is in Africa, I think.

That ring is seriously so cool, I think I saw the exact same on Etsy because I’m looking to surprise my husband with a new band. His is so busted up from all the work he does with his hands. I don’t have any experience with meteorite but I am right there with you that it’s an awesome ring. Since it can’t be resized and it’s so wide, I would definitely size up.

Meteorite is a softer metal, so if his existing one is banged up already it might not be the right choice. You do have to be careful and take it off when doing manual labor.

My boo has (or will have) a wood and titanium ring. He loves it; knew that’s what he wanted as soon as he knew he could have a wood ring. Wood also cannot be resized, though, just FYI. We joke that we are promising one another we’ll never get fat because my rings are vintage and also not sizeable.
