apt 3 – has a dishwasher and coveres parking, and the most space. alot more amenities for a little more money.

I’m voting for 3, I think the two story aspect may give the illusion of more “space” because not everything is on the same floor in your sight. The extra half bathroom is a major plus. Is the decor fixable without major projects/renovations?

I vote 3, mostly because of the extra half bath and the outdoor patio!

As Mrscheetos asked, is the decor fixable?

How long are you planning on living in the apartment (whichever one you choose)?

In that case, go with the cheapest since it’s pretty temporary. I voted #4.

If you’re going to move in 6-12 months, I’d probably even wait to unpack everything, ya know? I could live with 1 BA and the outdated decor/trimmings for 12 months to save $900-$1500.

I would visit on a Saturday night. That way you get to see what parking and noise are like. It’ll give you some perspective at least.

I will say apartments 3 and 4 sound better than 1 or 2  because they are smaller.

    Agreed, if it’s only 6 months, #4.
