(Closed) Apartments in the twin cities

I live in uptown – I pay $780 for a one bedroom apartment, but I think cheaper is definitely available (based on craigslist searches).  Uptown is great because there are express buses that go to the U pretty regularly (I’m at the U), lots of stores/restaurants, and a very walkable area.  Its particularly good if you dont want to be in the middle of college town, but still want to go out with a collegy crowd at night. Think a much smaller Lakeview (Chicago), if that means anything.

north east minneapolis, uptown is WAY too expensive.

if you own your own car you could live in St. Louis Park, osseo, roseville, brooklyn park,  these are all burbs about a half hour away from the U of M
