I am always a fan of sliders – we typically make pulled pork sliders.

Also we do prosciutto wrapped melon balls, bruchetta, and mini twice baked baked potatoes.

Hmm, I would have suggested mini-hot dog wraps because I had those out at a party this weekend and they were snapped up as soon as they came out of the oven.  I was pretty surprised too that no one there had ever made them themselves (also surprised to discover you could buy them, to be honest).  One package of little mini dogs + a package of cresent rolls (cut each triangle into 4 triangles).  But…I don’t know how turkey mini-dogs would taste (or if they exist).

Bruschetta.  Bacon wrapped scallops.  A really good cheese tray with grapes (always a crowd pleaser and easier to do).  Veggie & hummus tray (same).  Puff pasty – maybe a spinach one, or like a brie & cranberry.  Toothpicks with mozzerella & grape tomatoes & basil, maybe some roasted red peppers too.  Mini eclairs.

ETA: Oops, no pork too, so bacon wrapped scallops are out.

@Bellagiobride: they are prosciutto wrapped balls – so it is the compliment of the salty & sweet that is nice, but prosciutto is pork 🙁 so I am unsure what you would use in the place of it to get that salty yet sweet taste.

@AnnieAAA: Salty sweet?  Chocolate covered pretzels!
