Of course chipd and salsa, what about having a whole bunch of different kinds of salsa? 3-bean, corn, peach-mango, everything from just tomato to suuuuuper caliente

what a wonderful theme.  so much fun.

love globalmargaret’s idea of different salsas.  quesadillas and taquitos are good.

i used to make these spicy antijito appetizers for parties and they were really popular (always requested to bring these) and they’re easy to make ahead of time.  i also make this tasty and spicy cheese dip, mmmmm.  let me know if you want the recipes.

you should buy a couple of pinatas for the food table for decor and then crack them open at the end of the night.

Tacos!? Amazing idea. Can I come? 😉

You’ll definiately want some chips & dips – salsa, queso (my fave), bean dip, etc. My Fiance also really likes Spanish rice with his Mexican food, and I’m sure he’s not alone considering they always give me heaps of it whenever we go to a Mexican resturant.
