All, this is so sad. He passed away today at the age of 56! He’s only 22 years older than me but this was heartbreaking!! I cried for like 20 min’s!! Anyone else?? It’s just really sad given all he’s been thru and the fact the new Iphone 4S launches next week and he won’t get to see it. Praying for his family and Apple family in this rough time! Let us not forget what/whom is most important in our life….
I wrote this on one of the FB pages.
I am forever saddened by the loss of Steve Jobs! Thank you Steve for the wonderful products that you have produced…they have forever changed this world, my generation and inspired us all! May God Bless your family in this tough time! I will never forget you!

It’s definitely sad, but I don’t get too emotional about people I don’t personally know.

I found out while I was at work, my supervisor actually went around to all the people working with iphones to take a picture of them holding up their phones in saddness (think like in harry potter when dumbledore died with their wands).
This man has definitely made an impact in the world and I’m sad to know that he’s gone.

I was really sad. His innovations in technology have defined our generation’s ability to connect with one another and share information quickly and efficiently. Very sad that he’s passed away, especially at such a young age.
My husband put it well, saying no matter how much you have material-wise, all of us have a limited amount of time which we can’t alter.

It’s so sad. He was so young and contributed so much to this world.

It’s always sad when someone young dies. I have to admire all that he did with his short life, though. It really gets the message across that you should take advantage of the time you have here. You never know how long you will be here.
