Greetings Bees ๐
I’m getting married on April 14th 2012, the Saturday after Easter.
Hoping to hit some after Easter deals to get jellybeans for our favors, and potted plants and cut flowers for our reception. We have a big collection of odd vases that we want to put flowers in. I just remember there being so many flowers on clearance after Easter. And – they are not necessary so if there are none – oh well.
Plus my FH and I have a huge affinity for lime green – everything we have bought since moving in together has been green – and green is such a great spring color!
Any other April 14 bees?

Hi date twin! What a great idea to hit up some Easter clearance stuff for decor. We’re having a Destination Wedding so that won’t really work for us plus Easter and Beach don’t really have overlapping items!

Hi date twins!
I’m getting married April 14 in Australia which is autumn, incredibly excited!
But so unprepared!
Awesome idea with taking advantage of the easter sales! I might have to keep my eye out in case I am still running around trying to get things organised the week before (highly likely at this rate).

This is my date too! Its also 2 days before my birthday. When we first picked April I said “as long as its not the 14th! I don’t want it near my birthday!” Lol oh well!! FI has been informed that my birthday and our anniversary will forever be SEPERATE occasions! It just kinda worked out that the venue I fell in love with only had this date left. But now I am really excited!

Hey another date twin here! Our colors are pink and yellow and I plan up hitting up some of the clearance easter candy as well. Plus, its an easy time to find something for the ring bearer and flower girl to wear if I am unable to until then.

Five months from today – so excited and hopefully the holidays make the next couple months fly by so that we are almost there ๐

@Miss Nerdy I think you could definietly find some orange candy. I remember Walmart doing a lot of things in themed colors. However – you may want to buy it when you see it just in case. Did you try getting Halloween Candy? Or maybe even Thanksgiving. Now is the perfect time of year to get orange stuff!

April 14th wedding here as well! Everyone we try to set up an appointment with says “let’s get together after the holidays”. The DJ, photographer and reception hall.. has me real nervous. I would feel so much better if this was done!!
We are having a “tulip” wedding. Hopefully there will be plenty around at good prices after Easter.
