This isn’t my engagement ring but I think it would make a beautiful engagement ring. Fiance got it for me for Christmas 5 months before he proposed. The blue in this photo is awful (IMO) it is a much lighter blue. This looks more like blue topaz but in person it is almost a grayish/silverish color. I will be wearing it on my wedding day as my something blue. I love it!

Well, my reply disappeared. I didn’t have much choice in my e-ring. it was his mothers so he passed it down to me. I love it regardless though! its beautiful and I get compliments on it all the time 🙂

@missshayona: I love your ring, it’s simply stunning. I was considering an aquamarine since it’s my FI’s birthstone. We decided to go with a yellow sapphire that has been in his family for about 4 generations.

I don’t have an aquamarine, but I’m a coloured gem gal and I just love seeing a beautiful pop of colour in an e-ring.

I would have chosen an aquamarine had we picked our ring together. I love them!

I have the ring posted originally! It certainly is NOT that blue.
