im currently trying to choose jewellery to match this dress. Can anyone describe the sash of the dress?- is it diamantes or pearls or a mixture of both? Better still, does anyone have a close up photo? I want to to wear a tiara, plain drop crystal earrings and a plain short crystal necklace. Does this sound too much? What have other bees gone for?

Hi girls, congrats all on getting the Arabella it’s absolutely stunning! Finally got my photos back so I’ll try load some pics

The dressmaker told me i didn’t need to take it up, but i did find I was stepping on the front as the lace drops down further than the material. So if there’s any tips I have it’s just double check you’re happy and can walk with your heels with the length or get it taken up carefully. LOVED this dress!!

Love how the lace catches the light in this one 🙂

I turned the shawl into detachable off the shoulder sleeves and turned the sash into an empire waist.

Hi, bees I purchased the Arabella for my big day and didnt even think ordering a petite size or shorter size was an option.  I love the dress and couldnt imagine myself in anything else. Did any of you have to have the length altered and was it expensive?  I’m 5’2 without heels.

Hi, bees.  I have the arabella and didnt even think ordering a petite or short size was an option. Im 5’2 without heels. I kbow it has to be altered but I’m worried about the lace. Did any of you have to have the length altered and was it expensive?  I love the dress and couldnt imagine myself in anything else but it did cost me a bit of cash.

@mvillar:  hello, i was told by  my bridal shop that the dresses are based on a 5’8 body. i also have chosen arabella and I am 5’3. I am wearing 4 inch heels and with my shoes on the dress is still a little long and will need to be shortened. If you are planning on wearing flats or small heels, it might be worth contacting your bridal shop and asking if they can order the dress in petite size instead. I don’t know how much my alternation cost yet- my next fitting is at the end of October so I will find out then.
