I’d suggest maybe looking into custom etsy invitations.  I’m sure a lot of places would be able to do it if you supplied the text.

I don’t know anywhere that could help, but my Turkish friend did a calligraphy course with her cousin, and then they made the invites together just how they wanted them. Have you considered doing that? As a twist, you could always scan in the Arabic lettering to the computer and play around with the overall look of the invites, before either printing them yourself or getting them professionally printed.
