Just wow.  I would think it’s a pretty rare thing.  Congrats!  What have been the reactions of friends and family? What type of wedding will you guys have this time around? So many questions.lol

@cmdeibler:  I am right with you on this one. In less then 2 weeks I remarry my first husband and my family is complete and back together . We have 2 teenage kids together so I couldn’t be happier. We married to young the first time (22 I was ) and had just had a hiked the year before so a lot was going on . But in the end we are back were we belong athe will have a large wedding this time ( again) we have cut some stuff out like no father daughter advance or mother son instead our kids are standing up for us so we are having a special dance with them . But this will be our first honeymoon together. Ok sorry so long…. Guess that’s what happiness does !!

A lady I work with remarried her ex-husband after about 8 years together, the birth of 3 boys and then about 6-7 years apart before they realised they were meant to be together.  I think they’ve been together again for about 10 years now.  I’ve heard her tell the story a few times, and it always makes me well up!

Not me, but I have an aunt and uncle that married right after high school… they were married for a few years but then got divorced.  My uncle married someone else, then divorced her, missing what he had with my aunt.  My uncle and aunt then got re-married… and re-divorced.. and my aunt married someone else…. and got divorced from him and then finally, they realized that the best person out there for them was really each other… and they’ve been married for almost 20 years for real now….

My aunt and uncle divored when their kids were aroud 8 &10. the dad had a girlfriend and my aunt remarried and moved to Spain with her new husband. Then one day I found out they were back together and happy as ever. They are my favorite relitives and so I am super happy for them. they are great role models for me and I take it to really mean “you never know what you have until it is gone.”
