Go see 500 Days of Summer! My personal recommendation for a great movie. I laughed so hard and it was so true, not like most movies you see.

Also, I’ve heard good things about Julie & Julia. I read My Life in France and want to see that movie, but I might wait until it’s on Netflix.

If you like sci-fi, I hear District 9 is incredible. I might take my fella to that.

In the past two weeks, I watched Harry Potter, Julie&Julia, District 9.

Loved Julie & Julia! It made me want to cook french food right after I came out of the theater. Harry Potter was fun, nothing spectacular.

Bring the hubby to watch District 9… if you can stomach it! I found it very silly personally, but kind of fun.

Now I guess i’ll have to watch 500 days of Summer!

I went to the Time Travelers Wife last night…it was ok. Not something you expect from the Director of the Notebook though. I think it’s a Netflix one not a movie theatre movie. I heard The Proposal was good along with Julie and Julia.

My mother saw 500 Days of Summer and won’t stop talking about how awesome it is. I’m beside myself because the movie theatre where we just moved doesn’t have it! I’m so upset.

The Fiance and I just saw District 9 today…it was interesting! Not the best movie I’ve seen, but not the worst. The best word I can think of is…interesting…haha!

Julie & Julia is a wonderful film and especially topical for us since it actually portrays a happy marriage, not just the typical hollywood falling in love bit. It was gorgeously romantic and genuinely happy – I mean the happiness that persists despite of and because of hardship. Loved it.

Julie and Julia was okay, there were so many elderly people in the theatre (Sat night, 7pm) that it smelled like mothballs.   The movie was kind of slow but overall a feel good flick.
