    I think it depends on the designer and the style. Silk tulle, from my experience, is less stiff, so it’s a different look.

    I have a Romona Keveza veil that was about $900 and it is definitely just polyester tulle. Mine was so expensive because it has silk pleated edging.

    Polyester tulle is much stiffer and has more body. For a designer veil you are paying for the beading/lace/edging, not the tulle.
