what i plan on doing is getting a spoon and wraping hershey kisses in them with a tag saying a spoonful of kisses from the bride and groom.

you can do either candy, mints or like those almond things

I think they would be adorable. Especially in the Tiffany boxes – its like they’re little silver jewellery or something. And truthfully, I don’t think people expect much for favors – if they’re edible, they’re okay!

We’re doing something similar–different kind of chocolate–so I think it’s great!  I, as a guest, would be THRILLED to open a box full of Hershey’s Kisses.  I love them.  And it’s way better than any knick knack.  Rock on with your money saving deliciousness!

I think your idea is cute and I’d probably do it as well if I wasnt having a summer outdoors wedding. For mine I’d probably do hershey’s hugs and kisses with a tag that says Hugs and Kisses from the new Mr and Mrs

We’re using kisses and hugs in pink tulle and brown ribbon with a note that says “Hugs and Kisses from the new Mr. and Mrs.” then our names and the wedding date.

I think its perfect! I’ve seen some small stickers that you can print out on your printer and put on the bottom of the kiss. With your names, dates, message, etc. Either way, I think it’s a great idea.

If there isn’t any particular favor idea that you’re in love with, you might consider just going without. I don’t think most guests would miss them at all, so you could easily just look at this as a money-saving area.

They’re edible which most people prefer. The last wedding I went to had Hershey kisses for favors and most were left behind even with being in plain sight the whole time. It’s also perfectly ok to skip them and save your money for soemthing else. People really will not be offended or miss them if there are no favors to be found.

We’re doing dark purple kisses (colors are dark purple and lavender) and nuggets in purple bags. The nuggets will have the personalized labels (look on ebay..super cheap and cute labels for kisses and nuggets).
