It kind of reminds me of a homecoming/prom dress I would see at Deb.

I’m very small (00 small) and I would be uncomfortable in that dress. I think it is a very young-club like dress. Somthing about the flowers I feel will make the dress look shorter no matter what the true length is.

I say only go for it if your girls are super thin and can pull it off!  Otherwise it starts to look like sausage casing instead of a dress.

And please don’t tell the girls you picked it out so they can wear it again!  Worst thing you can tell your BMs!

I think the dress looks cheap… 🙁  Sorry! I’m not trying to be mean, but I figured since you posted this, you’d want an honest answer.  It looks like something a girl would wear to a high school prom… So unless you guys are pretty young and everyone in the party is real young – I would think that the dresses would come off way too “hoochy” to wear at a wedding.

Not a fan at all of the floral bottom, but the question was do they look too sexy. In my humble opinion, no, but they are sort of flashy and busy with the big floral 3d pattern.

In My Humble Opinion i think they’re too short. esp if not all your bridesmaids are a size 2.

Those dresses are all very “busy”. I think they will distract from you & it’s supposed to be your day!

I agree w/ PPs you said it looks like a prom dress.  I could see a high school girl being soo excited to wear it, flowers! bling! shiny! tight! sparkle!  To me, it just doesn’t look elegant or classy… two adjectives I think every bride wants when describing her wedding.

Personally yeah no way would I do that dress for a wedding. I am sorry but to short and the flowers on the bottom not so much.

The original is a little to short for my taste. Maybe add some length so that they hit at the knee!!

IMO it depends on how curvacious the girls are that will wear them, but I guess that in and of itself suggests that they could be too sexy.

I think they are too tight and fitted unless all of your BMs are like a size 2,  It is also too short on the model but you said they you are getting them longer (although I agree with the PPs that that may ruin the effect of the flowers).

My girls are all young, early 20’s, and can pull off shorter dresses. I am doing mismatched dresses from various boutiques, but I let the girls pick dresses they felt comfortable in. Most of them are very short, but it fits our age group and I don’t think they look hoochie..I really like that dress and if they flatter your girls, go for it:)

Are you sure your girls would wear  this again? I think it’s pretty for a wedding, but I sure wouldn’t wear it again. I think its fine as long as its longer on your girls than the model. Can you arrange to have them try it on?
