Some people say yes and others say no, its up to you! My ring bearer is going to be 4 years old and he’s not the kind of kid who would let the thing survive longer than 10 minutes so I’m not getting him one- plus he’s so cute I don’t think he needs one. I’ve seen other bees with 2 year old ring bearers that are giving them one and don’t mind that it might be destroyed- its up to you!

My son will be 3 and he is getting a magnetic one to match Fiance.   Even if it doesn’t last, I still want him to have one.

We have 2 ring bearers and they are each getting miniature versions of the groomsmen’s bouts 🙂

Ours were a little older, 5 and 6, so we did bouts for them.  The groomsmen had a white rose, and the boys had 2 white spray roses, so a little smaller.

Ours were both 3 and we gave them bouts (and they actually lasted for quite a while, impressively).  We wanted them to feel included and to match all the rest of the guys (little kids always look up to older people so we wanted them to feel like a part of that group).

That said, it certainly isn’t required so if you don’t want to, don’t worry about it!

Of course he should get one! He is part of the wedding party after all.  And I can gurantee you that he won’t even notice it if you put it on the jacket before you put the jacket on him.  Don’t make a big deal out of it!

My florist is comping it and the flower girl/Jr Bridesmaid mini bouquet.

I must be the only one who isn’t giving one to the ring bearer.  Of course, since he IS my son, if he suddenly decides he’s gotta have one, I’ll make one for each of the boys (three total).  I’ll probably do something else for my flower girls, though.  lol
