There is not a standard meaning, but there may be personal meanings. Perhaps the wearer likes nature, or its her birthstone, or she received them for special occasions, etc.

heres a picture of my stack! The bottom ring is my wedding band and the middle was an anniversary band we choose it as a ring to symbolize my daughter. So it’s a ring for my husband, my daughter and I like to think of my engagement ring as a “promise” to my family. If that makes sense lol. That’s my meanings:)

I agree that meaning is given the ring by the wearer.

One of my favorites is a 10k yg & diamond a-band, which was on sale at the same time that I ran my first 10k race, so I got it to commemorate that event.
