    @peppermintcp:  I can’t see the 2nd picture!

    ETA: Whoops, now I can….

    They are a bit on the similar side, but won’t you style them differently?  Plus how many people are attending both weddings?

    Many, many wedding gowns have similar silhouettes and features.  Unless you’re wearing the EXACT same dress or wanting to have a replica made of her dress — neither of which is true in this case — you’ll be fine. 🙂

    Besides, your dress is more of a fit-and-flare, A-line, and hers is a trumpet style.

    The shape is not the same (A-line vs. mermaid), they are not that similar, no. At the same time, keep in mind that lace, fit-flare dresses are trendy, so while you might get to see many of these shapes and embellishments, it doesn’t mean it makes the dress look alike.

    The shape isn’t really that similar.

    Honestly, I wouldn’t worry about dresses being similar (or even the same). You said it’s earlier in the year, you’ll look differently in them, your guests probably won’t have all been to her wedding, and once her day is over with, she probably won’t care anyway. =)

    I think they are different enough were it shouldn’t even be mentioned. Yours has a belt, hers has a ribbon, her back is more plunging than yours, hers is more fitted in the hips. Both dresses are equally as gorgeous and I’m sure she won’t care in the least.

    I don’t think they are, and even if they were wedding dresses only have so much designs and I doubt anyone would notice except for wedding obsessed brides and brides to be.

    I think they’re very different… they just have a similar shape.

    Go for it!

    They are different enough that I don’t think people will really notice at all! You should go for it!

    I think they’re different in many aspects – they just happen to have a similar lace/v-neck form. Yours is more of an a-line, while hers is more of a fit&flare/mermaid. So I definitely think they are different enough. Go for it! 🙂

    They look a lot alike, but as long as they aren’t back to back, I think that’ll be fine.

    nooo! I love them both! The 1367 has more flare, and also is lace applique, not all over lace, like your Paloma.

    the only similarity is its a lace dress with VNeck straps. 🙂 Thats about 40% of dresses right now. Each one is unique & special.
