I think it’s all great, but maybe too much stuff?  I never say that, but it’s a lot of gifts!

The swim towel sounds like a really great idea.

Those sound like lots of lovely things for a gift!  I’m sure everyone will be happy no matter what you decide to do.

@Lizzy723:  I think it sounds great!  I don’t know that it’s too much, unless it’s over your budget, in which case I’d say scale back.  I’m doing something similar to you (decorative gift boxes filled with robes, flip flops, scented candles, chocolate, vera bradley umbrellas, and jewelry) and am spending probably $130-$140 per girl (I have 6).  I know it’s a lot, but they’re spending more than that for just the dress without even the alterations… that’s not even counting the other expenses that come with being a bridesmaid.

I’ve been a bridesmaid many times and it is EXPENSIVE.  I wanted give my BM’s something nice and thoughtful to show my appreciation – and since I can swing it financially (although it does mean sacrificing shopping for myself for awhile), I figured I’d go for it.

Of course there are other ways of showing your girls you appreciate them that aren’t so costly, so if you’re feeling like you’re financially in over your head with this, you can easily scale back and eliminate one or a few of the items in your totes.
