I’m looking for a beaded/sequin topper for my gown and came across this listing on Etsy which I love. The only thing is, I feel like the first photo it looks much higher quality, more detailed, and less see through. I reverse image searched the photo and it seems to come from this listing, but to me they just don’t look the same? What do you think?

I also reverse image searched. Based on this sold listing from the pre-owned dresses site stillwhite.com:
I believe that the original designer is Sarah Seven, and this is the top in the first image, it is different but very hard to tell. It looks more fitted, but I think it could be altered 🙂
You can see how the sequins and lace parts are much closer knit.

They do look very similar . The sequins on the floppy one seem to be more close set perhaps because it is floppy , whereas on the fitted one the material is more stretched as it were.

The one on Etsy is a replica. The seller is ripping off not only the design but the bride’s picture for advertising. Interesting that after stealing Sarah Seven’s design, she calls her version of it “Sarah”.

The Etsy piece is a knock-off that isn’t executed as well.

tulipbee : omg thank you!! Wow I really need to improve my reverse image skills haha. I felt like there was no way they were the same top so I really appreciate this!! So glad I didn’t order it.
And thank you to everyone else for responding! How lame to rip off a piece, and like @julies1949 said, especially to call it by the designer’s name. Hopefully I can find the real thing somewhere!

haleythelady : I don’ think they are the same. The first picture looks like it has additional rhinetones and beading that are not on the others.
