If you’re going to have an extravagant ballgown, I think veering away from anything with cork is a wise decision. This is just my opinion, but I don’t think shoes with cork look formal enough for a wedding. What is it that you like about the shoe? The wedge part or the flowers?

If they are only $20, buy them and then if you don’t wear them, you haven’t lost much money. But you will regret it so much if you don’t buy them then decide you want them.

I would have said maybe if you were wearing one of the more casual J. Crew type dresses, but with a ballgown I think those would look silly, adorable as they are.

For $20, buy them. When you try on dresses again, bring the shoes and see how they look.

Honestly, I like the cork and I think the shoe is perfect for an outdoor wedding!

I agree with a couple other bees.  Paint the cork!  You could make them sparkly (always my preference) 🙂  A few coats of glitter paint and they wouldn’t be casual at all!

I think they are cute but very casual. I might keep looking for something that goes with the ball gown styles you are looking at

Very cute but way to casual for the type of dress you posted above. I think the shoe would be more appropriate for a cute sun dress but not a wedding dress unless the wedding dress were more  casual. The shoes are super cute thou for the right outfit!

The shoes are super cute. Maybe get them to wear with a pretty dress at your bridal shower or rehearsal dinner, but I don’t think cork goes with any of the dress styles you posted. Plus, I think that you really need to pick a dress first and then shop for shoes to go with it.
