Trying to choose invites. Invites are definite something that I don’t mind spending less money on, but I don’t want them to look cheap/informal. I do want them to be unique and a little more updated looking than the plainer ones we’ve gotten recently.
Please tell me: are they too informal? Our wedding isn’t black tie, but our venue is upscale indoors/outdoors facility, we’ll be getting married at 7 pm outside.
The color is actually a deep, dusty purple. I love the market light strands.
Cute, but I feel like it’s too informal.

Can I ask where you found the first set? They might just be perfect for us…

I love the first one, but I think that or the 2nd work best for your evening summer indoor/outdoor wedding.

I love the mason jars and fireflies! so unique

found the market lights at minted.com. the sample is so pretty in person, and it really looks like a deep purple and the market light detail is way more obvious than in the picture. Those are by far my favorite ones, I think they are both refined looking and unique/fun. Fiance really loves the fireflies, but i just don’t know…he picks this ONE THING to have a strong opinion about…

I love the market lights one. Perfect for a more upscale but not uptight formal event.
Edit – i picture the fireflies for a more casual event (love that invite too though)

I love the second set. But if you want more formal, first one is better. 🙂

The market lights one. They are so lovely and I think they fit well with an upscale outdoor evening event.

Thank y’all so much!! I had one of those “I think these are it!!” moments when I first found the market lights, but I am so terribly indecisive, I need to turn to you all to help me confrim my gut feeling!

I’ve got to say the market light strands seem perfect for the type of ceremony you are having! The invite is unique but has a classy elegance to it as well. Ahh, good luck! They truly are all great options.

I actually love all but #2. Which I prefer depends on the style of your wedding. #1 says cocktail party, #3 says romance and #4 says fun and modern.

These are all awesome! I love the first 3. The third one is the most “me” if I had to choose….but which one is the most “you”? I really like the fire flies; it just seems so whimsical and magical. Good luck!

I like the mason jars and fireflies. I like that the names and date just pop out at you!
