Did you previously set a budget for your shoes?

Sorry, I had to say no … $428 is a loooot of money for shoes!  It totally depends on your budget, but I think you can find some shoes that are just as cute for 1/4 of the price!!

I would say no, only because these shoes don’t seem very rewearable.  They seem very bridal and I don’t know if you’d be able to wear them again.

Adorable! But they look super easy to make yourself. You can get those roses at a craft store and glue them on yourself.

But if you really want them, then GO FOR IT! I spent like $200 on my bridal "boots" and will wear them all the time.

Gosh, they are pretty, but no, that is too much money.

They are beautiful but I also think that you could DIY a less expensive pair to look similar.

I just wanted to chime in-  are those the ones from Cole Haan?  Because I have a pair from their bridal line for my wedding, with the Nike Air soles, and they were $278.  Worth.Every.Penny.  They have a 3 1/4 ” heel and it’s like walking in sneakers– I’m not exaggerating.

Sorry but I don’t think they are worth it. I am a big spender when it comes to shoes, and I would not buy those.

Ugg.  They are really pretty. …  By any chance do you plan to display them someplace, like your bedroom?  Sounds crazy but I saw on a home organization show that the designer was displaying this lady’s shoes.  It looked great.

Also, how long is your dress?  Is anyone going to see your shoes?  I’m not one to ever spend that kind of money on shoes, especially if people won’t really see them.

    But those are so pretty….

I would say it would be worth the money if you see yourself wearing them again.  They are very bridal though, so it might be difficult.

They are really pretty, but the wearing again factor is probably pretty low. If you’re only going to wear them once, they’re not worth $428. It should be easy enough to add a few similar roses to a pair of white shoes…

In my opinion (and yes today I listened to Clark Howard so forgive me for having a super frugal moment) if you have to think how to budget in shoes such as these (they are adorable though), the answer for me would be no.

I won’t spend anything over 250 for shoes for my wedding. I have a lovely pair of marciano evening shoes and they may just be the ones, but not sure yet..the dress in the end will dictate the shoes!

check out the cole haan shoes the other poster recommended!  I might do that too..

Eeks!  I could never spend that much on shoes, even for my wedding.  That’s me though…I’m a cheapo.
