    Sorry I was not very clear. I do not like these shoes with the dress posted but they could be cute with a plain skirt and top to dress up an outfit a bit.

    To me they look like the heel is wrapped in an ace bandage…

    Honestly, they are not my style; however, if you love them, they could maybe work. I am not sure. Your gown isn’t really my style either, but I have seen real brides in similar styles and they look amazing, so I am sure you will too. It is just very hard for me to picture your gown and those shoes together. If I were you, I would go with a simplier style of shoe because your gown is already very detailed.

    i think the ruffles on the shoes clash with the ruffles on your dress.

    It just bothers me that the ruffle on the heels of the shoes are not the same color as the rest of the shoe or your dress. So I said “No”

    @eloping:I thought that, too! 🙂

    OP, they are not my taste, but I think if you like them, go for it!

    First off I LOVE your dress! The shoes? Eh. I like ruffles on the front of shoes but not on the back and on the heel like that. A little odd looking I think.

    I’m with the others. I love the dress but don’t think the shoes go with it.

    I seriously almost bought these shoes! However, my dress is similar in style and I felt it was a little too matchy-matchy for my personal tastes. I also worried about the dress fabric catching on the shoe fabric since they’re so similar and went with a satin shoe to avoid any blunders.

    Just my personal experience on the matter!

    I think the ruffly dress calls for a slightly plainer shoe.  Plus I’m not a fan of the fact that they’re different colours, but not different enough to look intentional.

    I think they’d look cute with like, a pencil skirt and blouse if they were the spotlight piece, but not so much with the dress.
