I just think it depends on how it’s worn and the size of it… I’ve seen it done really well.. and I’ve seen it done not so well and too little girl princessy. But to each his own. If that’s what you want to wear then more power to ya!

ETA: I think you could definitely pull off some bling in your hair with that dress

I think they look costumey unless very real and you’re a royal. I much prefer headbands.

The tiara looks a little pageanty to me, and less Bridal, but I love what you’ve mentioned for accessories so far. That top knot is gorgeous!

As PP said, unless it’s REAL and you’re royalty/marrying royalty I’m not a fan of the tiara.

Your idea of wrapping some bling around the up-do sounds much better, to me.

Full disclosure: I plan to only wear a sparkly clip in my hair and no veil. My taste runs toward the simple.

@HoneyBee22:  I voted taira, but not THAT tiara. That one is pretty huge, and definitely is pageanty. I would do maybe a little tiara or tiara clip.

I think they can look nice on other people, but I don’t personally like them for me.

I think tiaras are great when they are worn in the proper positions, with hair that looks nice (any style of hair is fine), and it’s the right style of tiara for the bride and what she’s wearing.

Both of your ideas sound great. I really can’t decide which idea I like more. I don’t see the headband with Pnina dresses nearly as much as I see tiaras with her dresses, so maybe the headband would be the better choice.

You’re going to look beautiful either way, that’s for sure.

A thin, sparkly headband would be pretty.

I will always say NO to tiaras on brides unless they’re royalty or marrying royalty.

I’m personally not a fan of tiaras. I just think they look kind of dated, but just my opinion =)

    You’re poll confuses me 🙂

I think that particular tiara is too over the top, unless you are the queen.

@HoneyBee22:   I think with the style of the hair and dress that a tiara looks very ballerina/princess and if that is what you are going for… that is definitely what it looks like. The size of the tiara you posted is very large. i would go with something small and delicate- otherwise you may looks like a little girl dressing up :-/ just my opinion. Try a nice head piece/handband.
