no, I hate it! I pretty much make myself….. Frown I said in the poll around 9 glasses, but about 2 glasses of that is while I’m working out, so I don’t have to force myself on that part Wink

Add: lots of ice helps….. and sometimes I use crystal light

I drink about 2 or 3 glasses of tea per day, or I’ll put lemon juice in my water. I don’t drink a lot of water without any flavor.

On the other side of that, I never drink soda and limit the juice I drink to a glass every few days…so I don’t drink too many calories.

I just started to cut soda out and have lost like 5 lbs but cannot afford it lol. I am trying to be healthy and prepare my teeth for whitening:) I have been drinking ALOT of water now! I feel healthier and my skin is nicer.

@AmeliaBedelia:  Good for you on cutting down on the sugary drinks!! That is something really great you can do to improve your health!

What helps me do it is if its cold. Very very cold. And I love the taste of bottled water (even though it gets kind of expensive) so I just buy a filter… but I do like to splurge at Sams/Costco and get a ton for really cheap!

I haven’t been rinking water straight, but I have been making iced herbal tea. Just the tea bags, no added sugar or anything.

All I ever drink is water, so I guess I’m doing well enough.

When I started drinking more water  a few years ago I hated it. But then my body adjusted and now I love it. If I don’t have enough I get irritable and have a headache. If I let it slide too long I have trouble focusing and I start shaking a bit. So my body clearly loves the water and I love the taste (not bottled water though. It tastes like nothing and that is boring. I drink filtered tap water here and it is so satisfying).

I’m the no water…unless I’m hungover. I’m really going to try and make an effort to drink more though.

i usually drink 2 x 16 oz glasses of tea a day plus 2-3 tall glasses of water, 1 drinkable yogurt and maybe a small can of sierra mist or orange soda as a treat.

I don’t drink a lot of water, maybe 2-3 glasses, but water is pretty much all I drink, so I guess that’s better than drinking a lot of soda?

I stoped drinking coffee and soda about a month ago so I have been drinking a lot more water and tea since then.

Water is my favorite drink. Not so much for the flavor (but it does taste good to me) but more because it’s so refreshing.
