i’ve been drinking more water since i started working out. just today during my spin class i drank a liter!
I hate water! I only drink it when I work out. It’s just so boring.
@AmeliaBedelia: Oh! I love Dasani! I think its because I grew up with it in hs (they only had that vending machine) so I got used to it, but I love all of it! I really love Fuji water!
I am such a sllllooooowwwww drinker! I try really hard to drink 8 cups of water a day, but it is so difficult for me. It definitely helps when it is super cold with lemon and ice (especially “pellet” size ice lol)!
I love water!!! I easily drink 100 oz a day most days. Crystal Light has a fitness powder that I really like, and I drink lots of tea as well. Normally, I add a few squirts of lemon or lime juice to my water too. Yum!
I can’t drink much water and get lots of UTIs partially because of it and partially due to a kidney problem. I had to get an ultrasound once and could just feel all the water sloshing around in my stomach. I was surrounded by a bunch of pregnant women who all wanted to pee and I just wanted to throw it up. I feel like I don’t absorb water, it just sits on my stomach.
I try to drink more, and will add lime juice to my water. I also drink lots of tea sometimes with sugar or honey, but not always. I stagger the amount of caffiene. Black tea in the morning or if I’m really tired, green till about noon, white until about 4pm and after that it has to be caffeine free, like red tea.
I usually drink exactly 8 cups (64 oz) because that’s the minimum you need and I HATE drinking water. I never remember to during the day and then I get stuck drinking 4 cups before bed.
