I’m an extrovert but also a homebody. It’s taken me a good while to figure this out. Because I was a homebody I always thought I was an introvert but I knew I used to be VERY extroverted. Now when I take myers briggs I’m usually 60/40 extrovert but it’s BECAUSE I’m a homebody & would prefer 1 on 1 hang outs to big group shindigs (sp?)

I’m a total introvert. I’m just not a people person. I prefer my own company and don’t enjoy parties, mingling or small talk. I’ve always been this way. Uncontrolled social situations give me high anxiety, so I avoid them. Me being an introvert also has a lot to do with my social anxieties. I have a few close friends but other than that I stick to myself.

Total introvert, but with my job, I’ve trained myself to be an extrovert as needed.

I have social anxiety too, though I find it varies depending on the type of social situations I’m in etc. I feel like the anxiety is a separate thing to my introversion for the most part.

INTROVERT. I’ve always felt like there is something wrong with me for disliking a lot of social interactions. I realize there isn’t, but I still sometimes feel that way.
I am studying to be a teacher, and I can hang out with the kiddos all day without a problem. I also don’t have anxiety with it. I’m better with kids or in a professional setting than I am with peers. But I must be by myself and recharge at the end of the day.
