MemberI kept a journal from between when he proposed to the night before we got married. My thoughts about him, mementos from nights out, my feelings about getting married, my nerves, etc. I was so disappointed that I forgot it at home when we left for the hotel, but we were only gone for two days so I was able to give it to him as soon as we walked in the door. I fell asleep a little while later and he read the whole thing. When I woke up, he told me that it was amazing, that it made him cry. You know, all the things you look for in a great gift. 😀

MemberMemberWe decided not to exchange gifts since we’re spending enough on our honeymoon and contributing to our wedding expenses. Instead, we plan to write each other a letter, which we will exchange before parting ways the night before our wedding and will open the next morning. I think it will be a perfect way to begin our wedding day!

Mr TTR and I got married on a beach… so in usual mapping programs you have to give a Street Address to get the Longtitude & Latitude locations, but I discovered that with GOOGLE MAPS, I can actually put the curser anywhere I please (even out in the middle of the ocean if I wished)… and ask for the corresponding ponts by right clicking and hitting WHAT’s HERE)
You cannot believe how excited I am to be able to pinpoint the exact location on the large expanse of beachfront where we were married !!

MemberDH bought me a puppy as a wedding gift (a little yorkie). I did a boudoir photoshoot for him, which came with an album. He LOVED it!

MemberI’m not doing the traditional inscribed watch or anything like that since Fiance doesn’t really wear jewellery. We recently moved in together and are now planning a wedding so our finances are really tight. I’ve also just started a new job after just finishing working full time and studying to qualify as a solicitor so we haven’t been able to spend money going out and enjoying ourselves.
