I have never noticed one at a wedding so I figure nobody will notice mine. Too many other details to worry about without adding another one!

We’re getting married outside and there is a tiles aisle so I won’t have one as I don’t think it’s necessary. I have also seen them get caught in the wind at outdoor weddings before whichi want to avoid.

We’re getting married outside and I’ve never seen an aisle runner work well outside, so we’re not using one.

We didn’t use one mostly because I was afraid of tripping down the aisle haha.

@DayDay:  We are having (hoping to at least!) an outdoor ceremony. They have slate tiles on the lawn, which I like. It has an earthy, natural feel. Our venue even suggested not having one. They said children/bridesmaids in gowns often trip on them.

We’re getting married in a church, so I don’t really think we need one!

We are getting maried outside but they are putting flowers down the aisle. A different kid of aisle decoration.

There’s a great new product specifically designed to hold down your wedding aisle runner for outdoor weddings. It’s designed to hold it down securely & is pretty too! No longer will you fear tripping on your runner or it blowing in the breeze. Also, if you want to save your personalized runner to frame they won’t tear it.
