I am just wondering if you are supposed to send an invite to any vendors who will be sticking around for the meal. My photographer, wedding coordinator and her assistant will be there for dinner. Do i need to send them an invite to make it clear they will be eating? I also will have menu options to choose from so that might be a reason in itself to send one.

I didn’t, I just made sure to let them know that they should hit the buffet whenever they wanted cuz we paid for their meals

i did b/c i needed their meal choice. and so my photog could take a picture of it.

I would definitely ask them what they want to eat, since you’re including them in the headcount. But an invite doesn’t really seem necessary unless you have a lot of extras.

thanks guys 🙂 i am still on the fence. I will have a lot of extra invites so having enough isnt an issue. I like the idea of the photographer taking pics of it ahead of time …

If you have extras send em out! Otherwise, I would just call them up or email them and let them know what their dinner options are.
