Laughing Waiting..lol..umm it’s been about since Jan 09! haha! So, we are getting married probably this winter, so, ya..we are going to hurry this along now! It’s totally worth it to be abstinent, couldn’t have done it without Jesus!! It’s really great not to feel like you have to do that in order to be close to someone..we have become the bestest of friends. So ladies, there are still a few godly men out there who will respect you and love you..while keeping their hands off! Being abstinent has really been the best thing I have done..it’s been a total blessing. It was hard at first but God totally steps in to strengthen and guide you! For us, being abstinent this long totally worked for us and has been God’s perfect plan for us. Some only wait a few months then get married..it all depends what God wants for your life. He knows what is best specifically for you:). If you want to be abstinent..I suggest that both you and your loved get plugged in with a pastor right away..for marriage counseling and also accountablity. It’s great to have such great pastors at the church I go to. Talk with people you feel comfortable with. Good luck and God Bless!

We did!  We got married 10/10/9 and used 10/10 in some wedding related things so people naturally asked, why not just wait until 10/10/10?  Uhhhh no thank you!!

Waiting! Definitely a challenge, but it’s God’s will for us. Can’t wait for the honeymoon!

Well. not really until “I Do”, I think the guests would be a little surprised! But then that’s why I’m seeing my cocktail wedding as a blessing, just a couple of hours and we’re outta there!! πŸ˜€ Praise the Lord!
