I am attaching two pictures.  One of me with the veil during the ceremony and one without after the ceremony.

I wore one for the ceremony only, but took it out and replaced it with a hair flower pin for the reception….so I have pictures of me with a veil and pics of me without it! It kinda gets in the way and is heavy..and it covered up my hair so I didn’t really want to wear it all night! It’s sort of cumbersome.

I was planning on putting a hair flower in at the reception but I forgot!

I decided not to wear a veil.  Other people kinda wanted me to, but I just didn’t feel like I looked/felt right in one.  (I’ll see if I can post a pic from home later).

I am going to wear a cathedral length w’ blusher for the ceremony and probably a fingertip for cocktails, intro and first part of reception

Im the same as Jessie516, whenever i put on a veil it just doesnt feel right- it just looks weird on me. I am a lot more comfortable and confident in wearing a flower in my hair 🙂

I didn’t wear one either. I’ll attach pictures. Same here: I just felt a veil did not “go” with my face somehow..

I am wearing my mom’s veil for the ceremony and changing into a smaller lace headpiece from Untamed Petals for the reception.

No veil for me.  I think I’m going to go with a flower instead.

I don’t want a veil, I’ve never really liked them.

Oh, most definitely I am wearing a veil.  When else would I be able to wear one?  It’ll only be for the ceremony anyway.  I am trying to decide between a chapel length or fingertip length veil.

Don’t think I’ll wear a veil.  I like the flowers better.

My veil is my something borrowed (my sis’s). It is cathedral length. I am only wearing it for the ceremony, whereas my sister wore it all night  the seamstress added a bustle so it could be shortened. I on the other hand, have hair pins for the reception. I think my mom would freak if I even mentioned not wearing one
