@alysee: I did as I felt so much like a bride when I tried one on.

I was originally not going to have one, but I decided will be wearing one but it will not be over my face at all, I just don’t like the idea.

Nope, don’t really have interest in one? I am having a tiara though, my mom has always dreamed on putting my tiara on me on my wedding day.. not sure why.

Yes! I love my veil! Its rediculously over the top and borders on tacky, but i am absolutely smitten with it. I choose a relatively simple dress, the went all out on the veil.

@dv3849:  Well personally I think the swirls on your veil are entirely gorgeous!

I’m having a veil, either shoulder or elbow length, and a blusher. I just always imagined pulling up the blusher (will probably do it myself, I want my dad to walk me but I don’t want to feel like he’s revealing his property or something lol) after going down the aisle.

Yes, I am very traditional, and plan on wearing a veil with a blusher, hopefully my mother’s!

I am because I am a hopeless romantic and this is the only time in my life when I will get to wear one.  Plus I made mine so you can be sure I’m showing it off!

I am, I don’t think my Victorian gown would look quite right without one. It just completes the look

We’re having a laid back, non traditional,  informal Destination Wedding so a veil just wouldn’t go with the rest of ‘the look’

Yes I am! It’s a short one and I will be wearing my hair half up with the veil in back (not in front of my face at any time). I love it so much I think I might wear it the whole day, it makes me feel like a bride!

@alysee:  yes because my dress is a non traditional colour so I think a veil will “bridal” my look up lol

I am (: I think they’re so pretty and it makes me feel like a bride. When else will I be able to wear one aha?! Mine is three layers and super puffy just like I always imagined. One layer is an elbow length blusher, the next layer is fingertip, and the last layer is chapel length so that the lace on the bottom of my dress isn’t covered. Although this picture isn’t the best quality, you can kind of see the two layers in the back and then the blusher in the mirror. My veil is custom so in the picture I actually have two separate veils on so that we could figure out how many layers I wanted 😉

I wore a veil!!!  Cathedral length, double-tiered (top layer just sliiightly shorter than the bottom layer).  It was flowy and I felt like SUCH a bride in it!     Made for some great pictures too!

Yes – I wore one!  The only kind I like are Cathedral or Royal Cathedral length.  When it comes to veils I think you should go big or go home.   i think they look so regal and classic.
