I’ve never made Cornish hens before, but I know chicken in general tastes super good with just some butter, salt, and pepper 🙂 I’m sure it will be good!

Alton Brown has some good instructions on how to process and season them. Don’t worry about the other steps/ingredients. I agree that  butter, salt and pepper would be great!

@ Dizzy – allrecipes is an amazing site, I use it almost exclusively for online recipe searches. You can read reviews too, so you know a dish is good. Good luck with the cornish hens!
