I know Aria is pretty popular for their bridesmaids dresses. But I have pretty much come full circle and am back looking at their wedding dresses… a couple of them are very lovely-looking. And the price is very right.
The strapless one I would have to have a little jacket made for…
I know they have the try-on program, but I am going to visit my sister in DC in a couple months, where Aria has a store, and I am going to hopefully have an appointment then. However in the meantime, after stalking the crap out of Aria and mostly coming up with B.M. dress pics, I am looking for some real brides who tried on/went with Aria for THEIR dresses!!! There has to be somebody out there right?? Anybody? 🙂 If you don’t have pics maybe just tell me what your experience was?

D’oh, I should try to read the blog more! Miss Sloth just posted a bit about her experience with Aria and even has a pic of her in one of my favorite dresses:
This has only whetted my appetite for more stories from real brides!

@Magdalena: I went to Aria Boston and ordered my bridal dress from them last week!
I am getting style 107 in the white cotton popplin. They had all of their dresses available to try on and a variety of the fabrics they offer to preview. The white cotton popplin is being discontinued and will only be available for a few more weeks. Also, they are going to be selling their dresses in bridal shops soon so their prices have recently gone up. If you know the old prices you can still use them on the order form and they will be honored. My ydress was $180 however now will e $463!
The photo is the dress but it is in light blue (it’s a B.M. sample) so you’ll just have to imagine it in white cotton.
I ordered a size 8P. In J.crew I was a size 6 bridal but in most bridal shops I was an 8 or 10 (just to give you an idea of their sizing).

I have a few more pictures of a couple different styles, if anyone is interested. Sorry for the quality, they were taken on my ipod!
